UN-COMMON-PLACE is part of a community-wide project in conjunction with the upcoming exhibition, A SENSE OF PLACE, KIKI AND SETON SMITH, a tribute to two outstanding artists/native daughters at the Walsh Gallery, Seton Hall University. The Pierro Gallery of South Orange, in response to this initiative, will exhibit POLITICO: (Do You) Know your place?. addressing the issues of race and feminism as they relate to the 2016 Presidential Race. In conjunction with this exhibit, I will be giving an artist talk and two monotype workshops for the staff and students of CHS. I am very excited to have chance to work with young artists!
