This installation portrays an aspect of the inner life of the artist, the sometimes overpowering a fearful feeling an artist can have when given a creative idea to unfold. The work sits silently in the gallery and when an unknowing visitor walks in front, a piercing bird cry sounds and strong wind of flapping wings hit them. If you are unaware it's a shock and very menacing. Video below the images.
Revelations

Most of my work occurs where the veil between the spiritual and physical worlds is thin. Every moment is rich with different states of consciousness (spiritual, emotional, etc.) if you are aware. The physical is easy to see. revelations invites the viewer to look beyond the material world and become conscious of other realms. This piece was constructed inside a blackout room. Viewers were invited to enter the room are explore armed with a UV flash light. Please watch the video below and look at the images for further explanation.
