Etching and Drypoint
Etching and drypoint are printmaking processes. In etching, imaged are etched on the a metal plate using acid baths and in drypoint, they are inscribed by hand. Ink is then rubbed into the incised lines. A dampened sheet of paper is laid over the inked plate and then run through an etching press which causes the inked design to be transferred to the paper. All prints are for sale unless otherwise marked.
